50g Chive, pieces 50克 韭菜, 切段
6 Prawns 6只 虾
100g Squid 100克 苏东
100g Pork, sliced 100克 猪肉, 切片
3 tablespoon Tom Yum Paste 3汤匙 冬炎酱
Tom Yum Ingredients 冬炎配料 :
25g dried shrimp, minced 25克 虾米, 搅碎
2 Lemongrass, pieces 2条 香茅, 切段
10g Galangal, sliced 10克 蓝姜, 切片
4 Small onion, sliced 4粒 小洋葱, 切片
1 Kaffir Lime Leaves 1片 风甘叶
1 tablespoon Assam Paste 1汤匙 亚参膏
1 tablespoon Preserved soy beans 1汤匙 黄豆酱
1 Red Chilli 1条 红辣椒
Seasonings调味料 :
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
