    始終不明现在医學怎去決定一個人胆固醇高,皆因每個人體質不同,需要也不同,就像每個人的飯量,有些人可以三碗,五碗,我只一碗,身體不膽固醇不足比膽固醇高更有傷害!

    @@jimsonmok314 令到血管堵塞其實係平時食嘅嘢令到身體血管發炎,膽固醇只係充當着膠布嘅角色,咁你冇可能話膠布係唔好㗎嘛,令到身體發炎嘅係食得太多糖分同埋反式脂肪。
