Ahhh the song that made me fall in love with Sleep Token. 🙏🏻 You should check out IIs drum play through of this too.
They create and fill SO much space in their songs. They are incredible at plucking us from our existence for just a moment.
The next one, Mine, is probably my favorite song by them. The vocals are just perfectly done. The whole song just hits home.

Exactly 💯!!! When the music swells, I swear it's absolutely gorgeous 😍
I think what Andrea is trying to say is about the soundscape-how the production manages to make everything sound huge and like it’s in a big area, and if you close your eyes it feels like you’re in a gigantic room with them and the music is filling it. I totally thought I had that but I shit the bed in trying to explain 😂 And at their concerts they have dark blue lights during this song and it is borderline hypnotizing! Vessel will dance during that breakdown and it looks like he goes into a trance and it makes the ladies go feral 🥵 I have video from the show I went to from him chanting “you know you hypnotize me always” part to the end, and the crowd is singing along, and then when Vessel came to the side of the stage I was on and did a weird dance I was screaming my head off 😅😅😅

It's just relentless. ii's drumming is sooo busy but still drives the track along like a monster-metronome. I'm sat here in my ST t-shirt nodding my head to this exactly like the first time. As always - absolute. banger. #worship

This one has such a 'horror' feel to it with Vessel whispering in the background, and I love it. Everyone speculates their next album will be heavier but my hope is that it will have more of this supernatural and creepy sound.

I don't reccomend. You Ramos fanboys who think hes some god and always recommend it is annoying. At least they've heard the original first. But I swear, how anyone thinks his cover is better or as good as the original is crazy. It's good. But not nearly Vessel. What I do recommend is hearing it live. Its even better live.

@@Smithysmithinnah. Not at all, nothing against vessel. Will absolutely kills it, better than any of his other covers. That being said I do not like Lorna shores style. But the ending of wills cover of hypnosis blows the original out of the water. That’s how vessel should have done it.
I understand what Andrea is saying. There is a lot of space within Sleep Token’s music. Very atmospheric sound.

Why are these songs never long enough…
I’m glad yall experienced the same type of hypnotic feeling I did when I first listened. Afterwards I was just like okay Sleep Token I see what you did there lol Idk why but one of my favorite things in this song aside from Vessel’s amazing runs, is how he really emphasizes the end of the words that end in a “t”. He hits them like a hard “t” and I just find that kind of a cool choice. This is the song I wanted to have you react to for a II cover on the live stream but didn’t since you hadn’t heard it yet but now you know what I’m gonna have you do on the next one! Lol

I cant wait for you guys to get to High Water. In my opinion, its their best song. But thats subjective. I just like to see when people hear it and connect with it the same as i have. People says Telomeres and Missing Limbs is the most emotional songs. But TRUE CULTISTS hear High Waters outro and break down into tears 😂

Too many slow songs on this album. By slow I mean boring unlike the first and third album. This is one of like 3-4 songs that are decent on the album. It was a pretty disappointing experience for me after listening to TMBTE and Sundowning first.
Dallas being ticked about not getting a second breakdown is just 🤌🏽✨😂
