That he gained 25lbs between college and joining the NFL. When this video said that, does that mean he gained 25lbs after graduating college or from the start of his college career? Or what?

I enjoyed the video but for anyone watching a lot needs to be said. A low carb diet is not consistent with a big bowl of oatmeal and pastas shown in the video. 1.6% body fat is impossible elite bodybuilders struggle to get below 5% body fat. Side hurdles or hurdles in general are not a good way to Jude a vertical. Hurdles only determine how high you can bring your legs up. Think of it as a flexibility challenge instead. 2 people with the same vertical could have completely 2 different jumps. Not to say he isn’t explosive with a 300+ pound clean. Also working out at the age of 5 is usually dangerous and could negatively impact development if not under supervision. But overall really enjoyed the video

DK is around 8-10% body fat guys. Look up Bodybuilders competitors on stage and they’re at 4-5%. You’ll see the difference google And he did not put on 25 pounds of lean muscle since college like this guy says. The fact that he says is kinda ridiculous. He’d be blessed to squeak out 2-3 pounds of muscle a year since he’s been training since 5. Most of it is prolly water weight and fat or he’s gear. Uneducated man.
