听说邻居家的芒果树上结了不少青芒果，阿霞今天去摘一些，芒果树有些高，但是在农村长大的孩子爬树不是问题。再用上竹竿和瓶子，阿霞摘了一筐青翠漂亮的小芒果。这种还没有完全成熟的青芒果还有一些酸味，但是用来蘸辣椒面吃，十分清爽！这也是云南人独特的吃法。一筐新鲜的青芒，先用水清洗一遍，再削皮切成细细的青芒果丝，和新鲜肉丝一起加入辣椒等作料翻炒，一道酸辣咸香的青芒果肉丝就做好啦！连阿公阿太都直夸美味！

The mango tree is a bit tall, but for kids who grew up in the countryside, climbing trees is not a problem. Using bamboo poles and bottles, A-Xia picked a basket of vibrant and beautiful green mangoes. These not-yet-ripe green mangoes have a bit of sourness, but when dipped in chili paste, they are very refreshing! This is also a unique way of eating for people in Yunnan. After washing a basket of fresh green mangoes, peel and cut them into fine strips. Stir-fry them with fresh meat strips and seasonings such as chili. A delicious dish of sour, spicy, salty, and fragrant green mango strips is ready! Even Grandpa and Grandma praised the taste!
