It's a normal fashion in that era, every man sits, eats, talks, and do many other activities wearing what we refer as "uniform". So it's not really about political sense which a person above me said (which is a good point), but it's just normal civilian fashion that Hitler likes to wear.

I'm not native Philippines but Malaysian, and I learn history about some SEA countries right now in school (not a normal school but a higher educational one, level-A something like that) and I heard that he use the money for his own wealth and use military to control your country.
