My great-grandfather was in the sixth naval Beach battalion he arrived in the second wave on omaha at 830am on the fox green sector of the beach he was a radio operator he wasn't on the beach long only for about 30 minutes or so by 9:00 in the morning they had DD tank support and they were able to take wn-60 he survived he passed away in 2013
Nice tribute had 3 uncles in that war Army Navy Army Aircorps 💜 lest we never forget 🙏 😊
