On 15 October 2013, a section of the prefectural road 416 near the old Hamatome tunnel on the Okuzure Coast collapsed due to heavy rain. Part of the buildings, a hotel/shop/residence commonly known as “Celebrity Home” and a ryokan named Zekkei-kan, close to the bridge also gave way and were subsequently abandoned. Access through the tunnel was forbidden as a new one opened in March 2017. Apparently, the upper level of the so-called “Celebrity Home” has been refurbished and is now occupied by an elderly man.
This coastal area is regarded as one of the top three haunted places in Shizuoka Precture.

Absolutely. The entire coastline in that area is gorgeous. You can even see Mt Fuji from some specific points.

解体整理しなければ、そのままです。解体費用は高額です。此れだけ朽ちてるので、家主は行方知らず？何故？空き家が全国各地でそのまま放置されるのか？それ相当の高額な解体費用が掛かるからです。
8トラックのテープなんて30代40代以下の年齢の世代は知らんだろうなぁ！（笑）

これは2年前か、某菊〇氏が撮影時は６年前？そこからでも結構な破壊が進んでいるな。今現在はもう無くなっているのか？
