A friend gave a M10M yesterday. He bought it new/surplus here in the Czech Republic in 2019. He used it as a prop in a few of his youtube videos. He said it made him feel ill. He never washed it 🙄but he did install new (not original issue) filters. I'm not at all familiar with gas masks of any type. Your video is very informative especially for someone like me. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your knowledge and experience. 💪This one was made in 03/89. I couldn't find a size marking. It's very flexible and excellent condition. It came with everything except a bag to keep it in. I don't plan to use it but I will have it ready to go just in case. 👍

Wouldn't recommend a cheak filter mask for serious use as the filters are discontinued. Once they run out they are gone. They willbwork fine against tear gas but anything seriously life threatening will likely slip right through.

it'd be great if you could do a video on MOPP and a video on how to properly seal the mask and make sure it works!

Well done. I learned a couple of things.

I just got this mask, its affordable. I also have the US storage case because it opens from the front, its what I'm used to.

Great video. I used the M40 from 02-10. The 40mm filters are waaay easier to deal with!

Picked up one of these cheek filter masks new. And found out that I spent way too much money. But then again how much is your life worth right.
