@@ivannaalpizar8682 dr. lee's taken out cysts whole, without puncturing them. she's also taken out cysts that have to be punctured because the cyst sac is completely attached to the skin. her method is a little different, yeah, but it's honestly what most doctors do. it's not difficult to be positive.

Enlisa knows what it means to be patient. Even a cyst like this one needs a good amount of time to get out. I get that doctors are on a time limit, but when it comes to doing procedures on people's faces, they really need to use more care.

I am a retired cardiac nurse & I am impressed with your ability to remove the entire cyst including the sac! Such a tiny incision in the patient's eyebrow will not be noticeable. Kudos to you, Enilsa!

This is one of the best cyst extraction videos ever. Enilsa is kind and as gentle as she can be while getting the job done. And the patient is very calm during what is a painful situation. I believe it is because Enilsa is so gentle with her technique and her kind nature. Well done!

Exactly. I've watched others remove simple blackheads that could have been easily removed by first applying a hot washcloth to soften and open the pore, then gentle pressure on opposites sides of the blackhead, but instead there is unnecessary numbing of the area with needles = trauma. (Come on, extraction of simple blackheads is NOT painful, only a bit of pressure!) Slicing through the blackheads = more trauma. Pressing hard with a steel blackhead extractor, quite ineffective = even more trauma. The end is a bloody mess!

That sac was EVERYTHING!!!! It was literally the perfect cyst! I was at work last night like "Get It Ms. E"!!! Yaaaaaay!!! I'm such a popaholic.

Well, I am more than impressed. After watching many aestheticians “remove” an actual cyst and not cystic acne, this woman actually knows what she is doing. She did an excellent job

The problem with cists is that you need to cut out the entire membrane or the cist will grow back. So this shows only a temporary and not a permanent fix.

Jules Wick - Jules, yes she actually does use a numbing cream! She’s said in multiple occasions that with rly difficult areas like this where there is repeat or continuous pressure or when people are sensitive to what she is doing, she applies a numbing cream and lets it soak in for a couple mins.

Brilliant job removing this cyst and bingo you got the sac out...I know heaps of doctors that would have used local numbing with a needle then made a 5 mm incision to 1 cm cut and then done a blunt dissection and probably would have destroyed the sac, then would need to make the incision bigger in order to remove the sac with blade...this is brilliant work, tiny little cut which is on an angle that follows hair growth direction...this should heal up really well with barely any visible scar...you have to be happy with this result it is brilliant.

I was thinking along your lines, too. Worked in offices for physicians for 40+ years and assisted many times on cases similar to this one. Scars are always so obvious in the browline, and so many of my bosses would have taken the quick route and left a scar.

At 8:21, she gently taps and rubs the brow bone, I thought that was it, by 9:21 the entire sac comes out and Enilsa gently press on until everything is extracted. One word, GENIUS!!

It's a delight no matter how many times I've watched it.

Wasn't that something. I was in absolute all. Although I've seen her do it before a lot of pressure had built up behind the other cysts and sometimes that helps the sack to come out. But this was all her and her ability to get right up underneath and extract without causing any damage to the underlying tissue. She's quite something.

Doctors have a lot more patients per day to see and they are required by the government to chart medical notes and medical necessity for insurance billing and reimbursement. Doctors also have a larger scale overhead so they can’t take 40 minutes on one procedure. That’s healthcare for you 💀

This should be required watching by every medical practitioner who has anything to do with treating skin disorders. I've seen so many "extractions" where the practitioner leaves blistered, traumatized skin - fingernail dents, divots from metal tools, discoloration, and general abuse - it's criminal. Also it's nice to see how I can use all the Qtips I'm not supposed to be sticking into my ears.

Enilsa- you are so gentle with your extraction! Also, your technique did not damage his skin - kudos! I wish you were in Southern California!

Usually such a small incision causes more damage! I love your method because it defies all the laws of dermatology that we thought we knew! Ugh, I love you and your calm voice with your amazing technique!

What an excellent job! I was soooo ready to bust a cap and then Enilsa fired back with removing the sac. I was like heck yes! You killed it bae! The Woman is the best!

Fantastic job. After watching many videos like this, it is so refreshing to see, that there is a capable technician out there, who can clear out a cyst WITH the sac. On top of that, doing absolutely MINIMAL damage to the skin. I will definitely safe this video and probably watch it again every now and then. Again, fantastic job.
