It's amazing how she can hold a high note for almost 15 seconds, while adding vibrato and changing the pitch and make it look so effortless.

This woman has lost NOTHING, she hasn't souled out or changed for the worse. This woman is still in her 20s, you can see it, you can Hear it whereas many in her Era simply don't have it anymore. You are insulting Cyndi Lauper by saying she is "still in her 20s." She is in her 60s. Any woman and human being continues (if they choose) to be vibrant, thriving, and full of life in present times or what you may consider later life. Cyndi Lauper has accomplished much more after the door to youth supposedly closed. Many other doors opened that acted as a hall-like conduit to more experiences, emotions, music, causes, love, and life. I hope you will agree that the concept of youth is misconstrued and passion in a song is not relegated only to those who are younger than 30. Hugs and love to you at any age.

I always liked Cyndi growing up in the 80s but did I underestimate just how phenomenal is her voice. Legend Ms Lauper.

No auto tune,no tricking no bullshit,just a real singer...

Her voice and stage presence is incredible. She survived the industry over the years without being objectified-- she endures by remaining genuinely interesting and talented --in spite of her natural beauty.

I agree a 100%. I'm not even what you would call a fan, but I have nothing but respect for the lady and her abilities. This song blows me away.

The voice control she shows in this song - live no backup - is simply phenomenal. Cyndi has awesome hits yes but her vocals are second to none.

Everything about this is impeccable! Her stage presence, her vocals, how much confidence you feel in her performance. What a truly outstanding artist & an amazing legacy.

Much as I love Roy Orbison, Cyndi's cover is truly phenomenal and has been my favourite version since I first heard it.

She´s so gorgeous! Many artist should learn 5% of talent about she.

I hate seeing age sap her incredible physical energy on stage. She NEVER needed a chorus line of dancers, 30ft projection screens, and dozens of lasers (like Bey and Swift) to create a power storm of stage energy.

I have seen her in concert. There is nothing better. Ms. Lauper has the voice of a Goddess. There is no comparison for her. Some have tried. They have failed.

First time I've seen this. Reduced to tears within the first minute of the song. Her performance is so convincing and her voice is something else absolutely fantastic.

she was 51 in 2004 for this concert.

Cyndi's is the definitive version of this song and she is such a good live performer.

Why sad? , Cindi is incredibly talented which is not easy emulate. She's a hard act to follow.

The rock element sounds WAY more like the Roy Version than when Cyndi recorded it originally. Very awesome, as a rocker.

Esta foi uma das minhas maiores frustrações. Eu morava em Porto Velho-RO. Quando fiquei sabendo da vinda dela ao Brasil, já não dava tempo de ir assistir ao show.
