Geez that tunnel without any interior lights. it must have been unnerving.

In Montenegro, many tunnels are simply carved into the rock with asphalt laid down. That's it. When the tunnel is long and winding, visibility drops to almost nothing. To make it worse, water often leaks from the ceiling. It's like a setting for a horror film. Some tunnels are illuminated, but not always.
