Cycling across Sweden from Gothenburg to Stockholm - bike touring or bikepacking?

It is easy to find a gravel road or path in Sweden and you are allowed to camp in nature for one night according to “The right of public access” (www.swedishtouristassociation.... Sweden is sparsely populated compared to continental Europe so you can often bike for hours without encountering other cyclists.
There are also plenty of bike routes for bike touring which you can find in for example the Open Cycle Map (www.opencyclemap.org/). The ones we followed on this tour from West Coast to East Coast were Sverigeleden, Västgötaleden, Runt Vättern-leden, Näckrosleden, Mälardalsleden, Cyckelspåret and Göta Kanal-leden.
If you bring a tent is is easy to find somewhere to camp, but if you want a private room or hotel you need to plan ahead. The same applies for places to eat along the way.
The film shows a tour from Gothenburg to Stockholm along the lakes Vättern and Mälaren, through forests and farmland, and on the way back along the Göta Canal. The selection of routes was mainly intended for bike touring and was a mixture of bike lanes, small paved roads and dirt roads, all in all 1000 km.

Thanks for making this video! As a retired Canadian, I’ve cycled east to west across France on the Canal des Deux Mers with my wife, and north to south across the Netherlands and down to Bruges with my brother. For both trips, I booked self-guided tours through a cycle touring company that arranged the hybrid bikes, accommodation and usually also luggage transfer (instead of carrying our clothes in panniers). My brother and I loved Stockholm and the Stockholm Archipelago and have been considering cycling up the Kattegat from Malmo to Oslo, or along the Gota Canal, or a cross-country cycle like yours. Do you have a favorite long distance route in Sweden for the best combination of safety (cycle paths), scenery and accommodation (not tent camping)? Your route on this video looks pretty great! Do you know of any cycle tour companies through which we could book your favorite long distance route? I’d really appreciate any advice you could provide. Cheers!
