I totally agree with your comment, I did watch a few videos of people in the West , but only an Indian could explain the way it should be

Uphill / Bridges / More peddling with less speed for lesser distance / Less pressure on thighs - Front 1; Rear 1 to 3 Traffic / Crowded places / Normal use - Front 2; Rear 3 to 5 Downhill / Fast peddling / Higher speed - Front 3; Rear 5 to 7

If we have to stop down hill Than do we have to go to lower gear on left and than change to lower on right to ?

Sachi yaar.. normal cycle se gear PE jao tho bahut pareshani hoti hai . But sahi explain Kara hai isme
