It is great that these are available in the USA now. I went so far as to bring one of the earlier versions of this car seat back from Europe 9 or 10 years ago before there was an approved US version. The bar made it feel very safe and the swivel was life changing. SO much easier.

curious if you would recommend this lightweight car seat with their lightweight carbon fiber stroller. It's a 9lb car seat with a 13lb stroller.

It really depends on if you plan on having one or multiples. The Melio is only available as a single seater. I’m a big believer in buy quality once for your future needs. But as far as lightweight travel systems that would be a top pick. - Ben

So I finally got mine in, I installed it today to prep up for a May 2024 delivery. I’m curious, the latch system base, once installed should I be worried that there’s a small “wiggle” on the base - should it be locked in place where you can’t really move the base at all or slide it slightly? Also, I noticed the green / blue leveler depending on weight, the base doesn’t sit / fit perfectly with the seat (there’s a little corner gap) which keeps the level close to the middle when reclined fully versus being in the “middle” of the blue leveler for 4 to 20lbs. 3:10
