Thanks for this. This was the only video that showed how to remove the car seat from the stroller. My stupid brain could not figure out how to remove the car seat from the stroller and looked through a lot of youtube videos and finally found this!

I have this carseat and I paired it with the cybex balios s lux stroller. I absolutely love both, the quality of this travel system is superior to most and its cheaper than the very popular uppababy. Having said that, the canopy is very short, for me living in sunny California, it's more of a decoration than a useful feature. Something worth mentioning is that this carseat is also compatible with European beltpath, so if someone is a frequent traveler this comes very useful! You mentioned washing the car seat cover and I just wanted to add that yes the cover can be washed in a washing machine with some mild laundry detergent, however you should not put it in a dryer, like with most carseat covers they should be air/drip dried and the instructions on the seat say the same. The dryer can affect the fabric and compromise the seat. Also, never wash the carseat straps, they should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth if/when necessary 😄 Great video!

Which car seat adapter did you get with the balious s lux stroller? All I can see is for the Gazelle S and Eezy S line.

Thanks for this review! We had the original Aton for our two oldest and really liked it, but it just expired so now we are looking to replace it with the aton 2. I also found it difficult to release our aton from the stroller because I have short arms and eventually found it easier to do from the back or side of the stroller rather than the front. I agree with one of the other comments that the canopy is a bit small but I just saw that they now make a sunshade you can add.

Do you think the canopy still shades the baby enough? Love this seat but the canopy does look short.

Hi Olivia! We didn’t mention it in the video, but yes! I do agree the canopy is a bit short. I don’t think we’ve noticed because anytime we take him out (due to Covid) we’ve had the car seat cover over him.

Is this the carseat that expands for when the baby is sleeping?

Hi Allison! We have the Cybex Priam Stroller. We looked at a few different strollers (mostly bugaboo) but the Cybex stroller has exceeded our expectations

does the car seat recline on the stroller?

Thanks for your comment. The Aton 2 does not recline. But I do see that the Cybex Cloud Q reclines when outside of a vehicle.

I hate ours. The base absolutely refuses to accept the car seat in my truck, won’t lock in. Piece of garbage

Lol. this might be the most obvious fake video Ive ever seen. I was actually thinking of getting this car seat, but this planted fake thing is making think this company is a bit shady...
