Cyberpunk 2077 has an 86 on Metacritic since launch on PC. mostly positive reviews on Steam since launch. it was only broken on last gen consoles.

It had issues with its PC port as well (I was lucky enough to watch them first hand since Skrullz streamed the game in discord 😂). But yeah youre right, most of the backlash was console targetted, and was also cuz the next gen consoles got the Ps4/Xbox One versions of the game --makes sense in retrospect but def felt like a slight at the time.
I got the DragonBalls again to bring you back 👀
