@@Luji_Son We wouldn't but because we are human and as such some things say to us by those around us may just push us in the wrong direction, I have not done BBL and I am grateful I didn't have the money at Cyan's age coz the insecurities I had about my body made me focus my energy on wanting to be tiny more than I should, there are spaces I did not take up because of my insecurity about my body.. In short , I understand where the person who says is unfair to call Cyan the most insecure when people constantly talk about her body in a not positive way is coming from, that for sure will fuel the insecurities plus Cyan's job is in the public which just adds up to making her more conscious about her looks. I sympathize with Cyan🤞🏿🤞🏿🤞🏿 and in as much as it is true she is insecure about her body like most of us are about our bodies, or other parts of life... The narrator seems to be taking into account what we do as a society when we body shame etc

The lady here on this video never said Cyan went for another BBL she said she went under the knife again which 1:08 is true sleeve gastrectomy is a surgical procedure where large portion of the stomach is removed therefore that is going under the knife
