I have an idea: she is a humble Christian woman (maybe she's clumsy or has quite a few 'oopsie' moments, or just knows she makes some English-blunder moments like all of us sometimes... which makes her either used to apologizing or being corrected) and humble people? Are not like the rest of us. They will apologize even if they are not at fault because their 1st response is not to assess your claims to defend themselves.
