Finland has the best method of releasing the national final songs. one song per day allows people to have enough time consuming each song without being hasty. unlike others that release at once, making harder to pick favourites in a more relaxed way.

exactly. the song almost feels like it has no chorus at all because the verses hit so hard and the chorus in comparison is so tame. they should've gone even slower with even less instrumentation on the chorus or had a better, more unique idea on it overall.

I think it's interesting that their entry was released first, just like the previous time. I like this a lot more than Hurricane, but that's about all I can say for now. I also salute anyone brave enough to compete year after Käärijä, it's likely that people's expectations are going to be unrealistic.

Yeah. That is true. 5 years ago finish bands thought that if you go to Eurovision it will ruin your career. And it was true. But before and after Lordi we sent only shit. We should always send only rock and metal band´s coz that is our country´s strongest genre. These are the only bands that got in the finals. Käärijä was shit. I don´t like it and i never will.

5/5 stars from me. :-) I would favor Cyan Kicks to get a chance to compete at the Eurovision song contest as the Finnish representative. I saw them two times live last year, and then I also checked some old live clips. They have progressed nicely during the last couple of years. To make the music more appealing to me, I would change some things form the live set and arrangements - i.e. more real playing and instrumental parts. I have to give kudos to the singer, who can sing and has also real personality. I also like the work of the drummer. But on the other hand, who cares about my opinion. I'm an old guy who likes to listen to more progressive stuff. :-)

I like the verse and the interlude! She looks amazing too, which is not a bad thing either.

1:56-2:10 oli tykeintä settiä ja kertsiä luonnehtisin ihan toimivaksi. Myös lopun pieni riffittelymageilu oli siisti! Vaatii vielä kuunteluita, jotta iskisi ihan alusta lähtien, mutta ei huono missään nimessä!

Tuo C-osa ja toinen säkeistö ovat biisin parasta antia. Kertosäe on lisätty biisiin "koska sellainen pitää olla" -ajatuksella ja ko. tylsä renkutus tappaa biisin hyvät elementit ja sinällään hienon toteutuksen. Jos tämän esittää timanttisesti ja show on hyvä, varmaan keskivertoyleisö äänestää keskivertobiisin jatkoon ja hyvällä tuurilla sijalle 21, mutta tästä jää ilmaisen, mahdollisimman monia miellyttävän markkinointikampanjan maku.

Haha.... I feel the same (German here). Some broadcasters just don't know wtf they are doing (Ireland, Germany...) while others do (Sweden, Finland, Ukraine, ...).

I somehow like all the UMK songs this year. I can't decide which one to choose at the moment. Mania, Paskana, No rules or this one. I have to see them all live first. Very, very exciting.
