As part of a restoration of a Tyers 1 wire 3 position absolute block instrument by the North Staffordshire railway company.
I had acquired this in a dilapidated condition. It was missing the top cabinet. I was fortunate to acquire one that was over size made by the same company for the Caledonian Railway. Here you can see those panels being cut down to size to make a new NSR top box using a spare base recovered by a previous owner to use as a top panel.
