I watch Flipping Drawers all the time. I like Jay’s sense of humor, and his restoration/refinishing is fun to watch. He has an X tool also and he made wall art. It’s like 10 layers of a flower design that you stack and it looks 3-D. I was thinking you could totally use it for staging the furniture that you refinish/restore. What if you laser your watercolor art on wood? What if you lasered different parts of it from different kinds of wood?! I love this machine for you. 🤓

That really is a fantastic machine. You could make intricate panels for furniture, making it completely unique. You could make ornaments for staging your finished furniture, saving money. I'm assuming it engraves on glass. Another furniture related use. So much potential.....🤔😉

That is so cool! You could also make small cut outs of tiny furniture for miniatures! The coasters turned out really nice. I liked the brown ones a bit more probably because the contrast was nice.

Angie, you’re my inspiration for retirement, when I’ll start refinishing old furniture to keep it from landfills (in 3 years, but I plan to practice a lot until then). My whole life I've wanted ALL the tools, no matter what. However, reality sets in pretty quickly and I content myself with watching people use such fascinating devices as this machine (and CNC routers, metal lathes, 10-needle embroidery machines . . . ). I don't skimp on tools I know I'll use, but it's always enjoyable to dream of having a 10-hectare property with a huge building containing dedicated shops for all the hobbies I now have and would like to have. If only I could win a lottery and live forever. 🤣
