The brain fog has been killing me! I get so mad that I cry., I'm forgetful and feel like I'm slipping away from my own life. I've been in a severe fibro flare for about a month maybe even longer, it's hard to tell. Days and weeks go by without me it seems.. I feel the fog coming on a few days before the fibro pain sets in and I panic because I know what's coming, Hell. Pure hell. Fatigue that turns into depression and my words get jumbled up... I get quiet until it passes, I feel so strange and I hate it. I miss the way I used to be. Before a drunk driver crossed my path 9 years ago and totaled my car and my spine. Earlier today I got down on my knees and prayed that God would help it go away for the fog to lift and the anxiety to leave me be. I just need a break from all the pain and confusion. Soon after I started this video I felt lighter in my mind, body and soul. It's hard to explain but it truly helped me and quickly after it started. I'm not dancing around my apartment by any stretch but I feel so much better. Lighter. Thanks doesn't really cover how grateful I am. I was pretty hopeless before I found this video and now I'm not. Thank you so much whoever made this 🙏 I appreciate you more than you know for giving me the very thing I just prayed for 🙏💖 clarity and relief from my pain!💕🙏

Having brain fog is like going to sleep and waking up dead. The body is awake but the mind is asleep, You're just left feeling like a walking corpse. Everyday you decay a little more. The only thing that helps is when i hurt myself by accident atleast then i feel something other than being in a constant state of desolation.

If this truly is a young child struggling, I want you to know that life gets so much better. Stay positive, see the silver lining (the good) in all things, and let all of the negative roll off of your shoulders, even if it seems hard at times. At the end of the day, you are loved, even if you don't feel it sometimes, you are important to this world and you hold value no matter what anyone says. A good thing to always remember as well is this: Hurt people, hurt people. If you're stressed because of bullies, remember that they are so mean and hurtful because someone is hurting them somewhere in their lives. If it's your education, just remember this: it's ONLY a test.. .though it's always nice to have good grades, as long as you try your best, that's all that matters, truly trying your best. If you're stressed about home life, know that there are options and people that can help you. Praying for your peace and happiness young friend!

I should add that I'm not using headphones because I suffer from EMF sensitivities. I have a single bar speaker and the effects of binaural beats work on me. Electromagnetic frequencies pumped directly into the brain through earphones are a terrible health risk, even if you're not EMF sensitive like me. You might become that way. I used to wear headphones all the time, then I got ME. It was one of the factors I know, along with mould. Together they can cause Candida too.

Cleaned up my eating using the medical medium (Anthony Williams) books and did stress and emotional releases using the Emotion Code/Body Code to clear the root of the issue. See the movie E-motion 2.0 if you can. Probiotics and healing the gut helped a lot as did meditation and stress management.

Listen with headphones. It works by playing 2 different frequencies. One through each headphone, they meet in your head and your brain creates a third frequency which isn't actually being played. This helps stimulate different parts of your brain. You can use these for help sleep, learn or even just feel more positive. But you must use headphones for it to work properly.

I can't wear headphones because I suffer from EMFs sensitivity and they badly hurt my head as they fry my brain. So I listen with a bar speaker, which is just one speaker and it works really well for me! You don't need to wear headphones because the brain works out what it needs to do with the music. A guy who posts binaural beats also said this but I forget where I saw it.
