George, what TPI blade are you running on the saw?
He didn't mention outfeed support. You need it!

Size of blade and teeth per inch would also be nice to know.
I wish you had shown the whole setup. Everything, including any difficulties you might of had setting everything up and cutting. Type of blade, how many TPI. Why no out-feed support? I watch these video's to learn, and I like to see the human side of woodworking too, not perfect videos.
