My uncle was an animal trainer for Wringling Brothers Circus for over 30 years. As a child I used to love going to his house and playing with his tiger. He had a 350 pound house cat that we kids would play with for hours in his living room or back yard. He has pictures of my cousins and I taking naps using Timothy the tiger's paws as a pillow. And God help you if you disturbed his "cubs".

@@FarikoWishless thank you, my uncle runs a sanctuary for big cats rescued from people who should have never been able to own them. Timothy the tiger was born in captivity and his mother tried to eat him on more than one occasion. My uncle became his carer when he was 6 days old. The way my uncle cared for him was phenomenal in the way he was trained and the living conditions he had. This tiger was a member of the family in all ways. He was also a very picky eater. He refused to eat raw meat, it had to be cooked medium well and cut into bite sized (1 inch pieces). My cousins and siblings played with him like any kid would with a normal house cat. We took naps together and the tiger loved it. The only time it ever got aggressive with anyone was when my cousin was 14 and a couple of guys weren't from the local area tried to molest her. Well Timothy didn't like that one little bit when someone messed with his "baby sister". They were very grateful to be arrested when the County Sheriff (my oldest cousin) got there. I mean they both ended up with a few stitches before they went to jail, one also had a broken arm. The first thing that happened when they got to the jail was a couple of locals told them how stupid they were. They were very surprised when they were informed that my cousins would walk Timothy through town on a leash at least 2 to 3 times a week. The other mistake they made in bothering my cousin is the fact that 3 of her 4 big brothers are members of the Sheriffs department and you don't mess with their baby sister for anything. Sadly Timothy passed away about 25 years ago. My uncle still cares for a leopard, a cheetah, a panther, and a bobcat. These were either rescued from people who should never have had them or in the case of the bobcat it's mother had been killed when it was just hours old and it would not have survived in the wild. All of these cats are very well cared for but none of them are kept inside as pets except the bobcat which is sometimes taken to the local schools to teach kids about big cats.

@@jaycooper2812 A friend of mine also rescued a lot of big cats. And he has a special fondness for tigers. You can find his channel here on youtube, channel's name is "Дом Тигра - Tiger House". From my point of view, the tiger is definitely most beautiful animal that I've ever seen. Largest of Dmitry's tigers has max weight almost 330 kilograms!
