I have a comfort friend that's basically a giant blue betta fish that has healing powers. She can transform into a friendly water dragon who likes to give healing coils ^w^

For anyone watching: female bettas CAN be as beautiful, or more so, than males! I've seen long-finned gals at petco, for instance. And in my 11 years of experience, I'd realized females often have more personality or are, at the very least, more active than males. And no, they're not always sorority fish (out of 300 bettas I've rescued over the years, only 8 girls were good for sororities; everyone else was territorial. It's mostly due to how long they're kept alone. The longer they're loners, the more territorial they become.) Thank you so much Tamil Aqua Diary for bringing me to this vid! I've had many stunning girls like these, but never an avatar. That's one of my dream girls. But right now I have a long finned nemo galaxy koi veiltail female. She's a great gal. Has a deep red gill and a completely clear one (initially, I thought she was missing a gill.) She's a beautiful thailand import! Sadly, she's had a growth on her left operculum for a long time now and though it looks strange and occasionally affects her breathing, it's usually just an aesthetic issue. I could hire a fish vet. I could put her in surgery. But why would I when she's perfectly happy? Again, thanks for the great vid! I love female bettas, as you know. And these girls are especially stunning :)

Yes, sometimes it’s better not to worry as long as betta is happy and healthy. I’m glad she is into safer hands who know about betta care. Thanks again for your positivity in the comment section. This is what I really need now.

I hear this often, and it makes me quite sad. It appears folks do any research. They overhear "females are dull and have short fins," assume it's always true, and vow (whether intentional or not) to always buy males. In reality, females are often more active and, in my experience, usually have more personality! They're also cheaper at $1 to usually no higher than $40 (males can go for over $100 at times.) So next time you want a betta, try a female! I promise you won't regret it :)

I thought I got a yellow but was dull pink. She is active, I like active but was hoping for outstanding Display fish not aggressive. So trying female Betta for 1st time.

Female sorority tank is awesome to have. You can pick different colors and keep them together. I got couple of tank as my permanent tank. ❤️👍

A good number of the betta in this are actually males. All of the "gold HMPK" 4:06, many if not all of the "galaxy koi halfmoon" 4:18, the "galaxy fancy HMPK" 7:02, and I didn't look through every clip throughly, but possibly more.

Thanks! I thought 4:06 have one female with egg spot, but you may be right. 4:18 - They are definitely females. Actually they got big fins.. but check them again for short ventral fins, eggspots. On 7:02 - yes, that’s definitely a Male. Thanks for for your comment. 🫡👍

The author of the video is rather strenger man , on one side he make some videos , interesting videos , snd the other side he doesn't want to answer . Maybe you answer only when you want ? Your videos and fish's very nice , but on KZread are a lot nice good and interesting films and people answer in comment

Honestly, we get over 600 comments every day. Many of them are hateful comments which spoil my positive mindset as well. It’s hard to respond every comment. But I try as much I could respond, specially when people need help on betta care. Thanks for your concern. What was your question?
