Nice video. I would added java moss to the tank instead of transferring the fry and risking damaging their fragile fins. After they grow up a little you should sort them to males and females

This is exactly what happened with my Chiclids the father died right after mating and I raised all the fry up to adults and kept 1 that looks just like his father. His father was named Axel Rose so we call his son Axel Rose Jr or Aka AJ. Very sad story but with a very happy ending. Glad you got some babies from him.

Danny had internal parasites, most likely since picked up by the two females. Metronidazole (flagyl) and Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate).

@@CrowntailHalfmoon I used the recommended dose of metro plus a half cup of salt for every 10 gallons of water. Also performing a 25% water change every 2 days. Was fully healed in just over 2 weeks.

@@CrowntailHalfmoon yes each water change i added new products. The metro can be put directly into the water or you can give a scoop of it with their food

Danny looks like my first guppy to die. Though it was 50 years ago I can still picture him. His front was a little more black with a blue glint & his tail was that magnificent scarlet delta flag. he didn't rot in parts. I noticed as his swimming began to fail and as I watched he sank to the bottom and was still.

And Danny lives on. So sorry bout Daddy Danny. It's very upsetting to me when this happens to one of my fish. Sometime I wonder if I failed somehow,did I miss something? Fish are hard due to not being able to communicate. We only have details of what we see 👀 and water testing. Congrats on the babies.

Interesting question.. this is what excite me since this is crossbreed of balloon koi x dumbo ear guppy.. so yes im expecting some of the baby guppies will inherit the balloon body hopefully.

@@albertsguppyadventure4293 Oh, so he was a balloon type of guppy? I don't know much about guppy strains/genetics. I do breed wild guppies, but not for any purposes other than for pond to eat mosquitos and to enjoy. Anyway, I ask this because I thought maybe he may have been bloated, and had some intestinal parasites, having the white stringy poo, along with the bloated looking belly.

Never had guppies. Had some dalmatian Mollies though and they were constantly popping out fry. Right now the tank is full of crayfish, the daddy having past a month ago. All his offspring scuttle around the tank now

We cant detect the problem right away sir. The best way is to maintain water quality. Water change regularly.. provide heat to ur guppies to avoid clamp fin.

If you had filled the quarantine tank half full with Danny's tank water you could have put him in immediately. This probably wouldn't have changed the outcome for Danny, but it might help in the future.

Separate the fry. Put lighting cos they like warmer temp.. the add salt..

Well i had same My first black Moscow female died cuz she got stuck in sponge filter uptube At. Night I think 😶 but she have given many babies which are adult now ready to breed 🙂so generation continues 🥰

@@albertsguppyadventure4293 i dont know my cousin just gave it to me and she said that i need to take care of it.. when she gave it to me it was very sick and cant swim.. but i treated him well and gave him food everyday.. now he still has an incomplete tail but he is healthy now😁😁😁

My guppies just has some. If one a male I'll name him danny.

Now I will subscribe to you I feel the pain and also I have 2 guppies I separate the male because the female is chasing and bitting his fins. I will buy 3 females when I have a money I know this won't be the best thing for a omly just one molly in a separted tank unless I save his life for that bad female I do so many research to before buying a guppy and I have 4 years of experience about this cute little fishes

Also I let my aquarium have a wonderful green water because I don't have money for air pumps and it cost electricity Wich I can't afford o have heater and aerator but I didn't use them I only use the nature's gift oxygen called algae they can breath without airpump and they love it I see them happy and I see them stressed Wich I navigate

Mosquito lay eggs when you stock the water within a week. Then it hatch.
