Bought it on eBay it’s a lippert 42” entry door. They are available without windows.

@@joeblow1942 you can’t buy these doors new, only used on eBay and they’re not always available. Had to take what I could get. It’s privacy glass but does let the light in. I plan to black it out

Is the cab already sealed to the box so it won't leak or catch tons of air? Or did you have to seal it somehow?

I think i see the he enclosed that gap around the door. Best way to seal it with that big of a gap is to bridge that gap with material, then seal around the seams. Kind of like how ambulances do it.

The cab and box are two independent pieces that move. I used a rubber gasket called accordion boot. It works great! You can see the full video on my channel

@@nomadbrad503 THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have just purchased a 2001 Ford E450 20 foot van with only 26,000 miles. It has a fiberglass body but not passage way between the cab & the back. My first project will be putting in a door. Wish you were close by for advice & instructions 😂 Blessings on you!
