There’s a few travel by bob websites that are still around but one stood out to me. Travel by bob I’m not sure if it’s the guy proabably not but anyways. I don’t think it’s the same

Story 3: the OP was 100 in the right, no matter what here, and the narrator is wrong in giving any fault to the OP. Dude steeps with his door open so he can hear, yet complains if someone is "to loud" and in this instance, they where not even being loud. That guy is on some weird power trip, and OP had every right to tell him to get the hell out.

Let this be a lesson to any and all Karens and their Male Counterparts: Never say: “There’s nothing you can do about it!” as there will always be something someone will do about it.

Story 1: Just pay up.... was it really that big of an issue?? Bob deserved everything that happened to him. Stuff like this is why you should always get everything in writing and receipts for all your work and products. The fact the OP kept making up more and more webpages exposing Bob is just hilarious... made even more funny on the fact that Bob tried to get a fact solicitor to have a cease and desist. Did Bob really think he was going to intimidate the OP, or anyone else? Glad that Bob got everything that was coming to him..... and there's nothing he can do about it! Story 2: If the OP gets fired over this, then i would make some kind of complaint over the boss. This was an honest mistake... and while i get that the whole thing can be a pain and inconvienence, there is really no reason to get canned over it. Story 3: OP isnt the jerk here. All bets were off the moment Ben hit Phil. The crap with Jake was one thing, but assault is another. I dont get why the OP didn't throw Ben out earlier. Stories about roomies like Ben are big reasons why people dont/wont rent our rooms in their homes... you get a jerk like Ben that think they own the place. OP had every right to kick him out. Story 4: Once again i'll say it; "If you dont get paid, don't work!". OP is not a jerk, and i know i wouldn't be babysitting her in the future. Good thing the OP finally fired her as a client in the end. Sarah was clearly taking advantage of the OP.

On the one with the car elevator, I'd personally tell the truth in full detail, it's best to let them know you are an honest worker, yes there's a chance you'd be fired, there was a person who accidentally broke an expensive piece of equipment by pure chance, they told the boss the truth and the boss appreciated their and kept them on.

The house story, NTA but you can't kick Ben out & still expect him to show up @ the probate hearing to help you get the things in your name. (I understand probate bc i went through it when my dad passed away). You need to decide if his "help" is worth putting up with his BS & i wouldn't think it was. The lawyer can guide you without him, especially if this is the final step where things are legally transferred to your name. But, you can't kick him out AND expect him to be at the probate hearing to help you, which i would argue you don't really need anyways.

Grandmother should get herself over there and babysit her granddaughter and see how daughter really is, instead of making excuses for her bad behavior! Grandmother should pay the babysitter in addition to the daughter if she wants her to keep babysitting!!

I was hearing about the car elevator and I have to say yes the Op messed up but he is not someone who is supposed to know the wieght tolerance of vehicles and elevators. The pipe broke and the the plummer can not go fix it due to the elevator breaking, that is the truth. It is not like Op openned the control panels and took a hammer to them. So I don't know why he is worried since he did the right thing, called the plummer to fix the broken water pipe and called the elevator tec to fix the elevator..

Story 2: gotta say I lost a lot of respect for the narrator. Not only is that absolutely scummy but it’s just such a stupid solution. The guy was stupid for doing what he did he probably does deserve to be fired. Everywhere has cameras, the bosses will just read the weight limit or might know it already and they’d probably get the plumbers story. Just a garbage opinion tbh
