Amazing project, I've been looking for a fj44 to do the same thing with, but with a lot less bells and whistles. Still want the dealership to be able too service it. If I could afford this I would. Thanks for the vid.

That is such a brilliant project, exactly what goes through my mind when I see one of these old Jeeps and Toyotas, one more aspect he could have improved on, if he was doing so much work, he should have fabricated in Shock-Towers in the front and back, and should have fitted it with independent suspensions, instead of rigid axles

Actually solid axles are stronger then independent suspension. So when offroading you want solid axles.

This thing is SWEET! I hate to say this though, but from the A pillar back it looks like a Jeep Wrangler.

I've got a PowerWagon, but that's a perfect engine for this. The only thing isthe intake for it. If the owner plans using it for mud water and dirt. A snorkel would be the way to go. great lookin rig,

Looks to be a jeep/toyota hybrid.

Hmm, isn't this just like a JK unlimited with good ol' FJ face swapped into place? Looks like not only the main body but also the chassis is jeep, along with axles and all. I mean, Toyota FJ on 5 lugs? C'mon you gotta be kidding me.

It's a JKU40... seems like using a jeep would have been easier.
