Very Cool! Question though, why didn't you have the CNC cut the holes out when it cut the letters out? Why hand drill them?

Well thats a great question. The hole placement they did the first round was wrong so i just said Id do it myself. Since then ive moved on to a water jet company, plus we have a plasma cnc in the shop now as well!!

I don't do wiring. Can't remember. These were installed inside a restaurant in Honduras.

Its a very basic font, from king metals

The curved parts of the letters, I cut a strip but cut it long. Then tacked every couple inches as I went around.
