One thing I found a little confusing when custom programming was why my program was taking many hours more than expected. The mistake that I made was not accounting for the "ramp time" and thinking that the "hold time" was the ramp duration. Example: 3hr (no hold) segment of 0-450deg equals 150deg/hr Rate - 450deg Temperature = 0:00 Hold I was entering: 150deg/hr Rate - 450 Deg Temperature - + 3:00 Hold for the above example, and of course it was taking twice as long. I mistakenly though that the "Hold" was the segment duration, not Ramp + Hold, and that's why my 15hr burnout program was taking over 24 hours. Needless to say, my burnouts were very thorough!!

We're, sorry but no, it is not available to retrofit onto older kilns

once you have created a custom firing, you press start and it asks for a start code, what is this code?
