I came upon a free pair of these exact Nikes in white on my way back from work tonight, and took them home thinking they were perfect as a custom paint project. I didn't kno these were a standard in the custom shoe art world, I just looked up acrylic painting Nikes and found this video. I looked at the shoes and confirmed they're indeed Nike Air Force 1's, exact hahaha. Thanks so much for this! A worth-it freecycle for upcycle before they went to a landfill 👍

I'm about to tackle my Prada Americas cup trainers. Got them cheap at an outlet as they were the silver coloured ones. Going to strip the silver and apply the navy blue dye. If they come out half as good as the finish on his, I'll be a happy bunny.

Thanks for the video. Just bought my first kit and forgot the duller. I used tge blue and silver and just didn't look right. Looked to shiny so I came back to the videos n see were I messed up. Glad I caught it when I was painting the tongue. Hope this works

WOW. I just got started last night and I'm hooked. I always wanted to make custom shoes but had bad experiences in the past with chipping and paint quality. I watched a few of your videos and sopisophes and I learned the right way. I prepped both shoes and got started on one. I would love to share the finished product with you guys. is there anywhere that I can do that?
