Thanks, I use it because I don't want the case of the muffler too hot. Perfect solution is first ss pads and than wraped in fiberglass.

I built a muffler,exhaust system using some of your design for an ADV Sportster that I am building with the SS pads with a 2 into 1 header pipes.I am hoping it is not too hot.Thanks for the insight.....Bob@@GPGarage1

Very nice looking and sounding mufflers. 👍 I'm surprised that I haven't been able to find any homemade Flowmaster style mufflers. I'd like to design one in miniature form for a small engine like a motorcycle and go karts and mini bikes. It'd be interesting to hear what kind of sound they're possible of making on a small engine.

Thanks. Yes, it would be interesting to hear how they sound on small engines. It's a bit tricky make small one cylinder engine sound good, it can be loud but that doesn't mean it sound good.

Ótimo acabamento. Mas o órgão de trânsito aprova está mudança? Ninguém quer receber multas. Fora do Brasil tudo é mais fácil para a pessoa incrementar e adapta sua moto a seu gosto, mas no Brasil, até para fazer uma troca de um guidão velho por um novo, o órgão de trânsito exige procedência e na se pode por qualquer guidão apenas por ser bonito. Passei por isso após comprar um novo e não poder instalar ou eu seria multado. Infelizmente isso é fato.
