I personally don’t have a problem with the D pad on regular Joy Cons, but those joycons look beautiful

The d pad for normal joy cons are not bad They have a purpose there was a reason they were made that way that makes perfect sense

I got the Chrystal blue set and really enjoy them.

no, if you manage to put everything from the old joycon to the new shell, it works like normal! and extremerate also provides shells for pro controllers but shellswapping in general is a nightmare

It's called 80's Overdrive. It's pretty solid! You can get it on PC and Switch. Not sure if it's on the other platforms or not.

I've been playing Super metroid on the switch lately and I've gotta say, the joy con d-pad sure does suck.

Looks pretty cool. Its a pity they didn't make the buttons bigger and glossed like actual gb buttons

While it would look awesome, the buttons have to keep the size, otherwise it would misalign with the circuit board
