Love the attention to detail you put into every one of your mods and I wish more people would care about all the small things as much as you do, because the quality just ends up being so much better. Love the way that integrated light looks and the side pod lights really complete the menacing look of the rear end. Much more like a Panigale tail now!

I don't think many people mention it but I really love the aspect ratio that you record your videos in. It's more cinematic than the standard 16:9 but doesn't create the obnoxious black bars like a 21:9 video would on a 16:9 monitor/phone. It's the little things my friend. Bravo sir

Man, I am glad you made this video. I just picked up a 2020 R1 and had ordered a NRC fender eliminator because that's what I had on my 959. After watching your video with this signal setup and the TST eliminator, I sent the NRC stuff back. I just installed the TST eliminator and JL Designs signals and I think it looks incredible! Good call on this stuff man,

I'm a fan of the turn signals being integrated into the rear light. Cleaner look and less hassle.

After you got your 2017 R6 it was confirmed I needed one. If everything goes according to plan I will get 1 of the last 4 my local dealer is getting since they will be discontinued after this year. Thanks for explaining things as you go and for your great taste in bikes/aftermarket parts 😜

Awesome! I got the same kit but didn't get the dual function. We have so far made the same mods. I added the license plate light though. Had to fabricate a plate to use it since it's installed where yours is. Ordered my AR DeCat exhaust as well. Still waiting! On week 7 now.

That tail light is honestly gorgeous. Really wish manufacturers would make it a bit easier to disassemble a bike, especially one with such a heavy modding scene behind it like the R1. I'm currently doing very similar stuff finishing off my SV650s project, just making everything look a lot sleeker and neater, like with the R1. Really good job on the install (and totally not super jealous about the beautiful bikes you own!)

It's really not that bad, just a few extra push pins and bolts here and there. My S1000RR is actually the easiest sportbike I've owned for simple disassembly.

That's an awesome integrated taillight kit! I probably would've left the switchback wires disconnected so the turn signals only turn on when I'm signaling. It could be the camera but it seems a bit bright while running and not that noticeable when it switches to signaling under normal lighting conditions. Suuuper clean wiring job man! 👌🏾

That was the first thing I noticed. I don't like it because of that fact. Curious on if it looks better at night and in person but I don't see the functionality if you can barely see the signals.

Installed my luimoto seat cover and gel yesterday. Wow!!!

I got the same set for my R6 instead of splicing and wiring and what not, I went to lowes and bought some “tap in” connectors that like the name implies taps into the wiring making the whole process so 10x easier.

Those push pins always gave me trouble putting them back in on my 18 r6

The R6 side signals looked better because they were the same shape as the fin, I remember you drilled the hole on the wrong fin 🤣

@ Motonosity I have the same R1. Remember there is NO LEGITIMATE ECU FLASH FOR OUT BIKE YET SO LEAVE THE EXHAUST ALONE. 2020 R1 ECU HAS NOT YET BEEN CRACKED. I used the BLASTER X intergrated tail light THE BEST. TST FENDER ELIMINATOR LOW MOUNT.

I just completed this install on my 2019 R6 Sunday. The tail light brown and yellow wires literally have no slack as well. It’s unforgiving if you mess up and have to recut them. Turned out nice though after I was finished and soldered everything!

Yeah what I should have done was use those screw type splice connectors that allow you to tap into a wire without cutting it. My whole setup came out super clean though. Just time consuming.

What are the best tools you can buy the Dewalt impact and drill combo set with two batteries and a charger.Holds a charge for days and takes abuse. I have a set in my garage and a few sets on the job, remodeling construction. On a $120,000 interior remodel now. My 85 VMax is stripped down. I’m installing new tires, spark plugs along with all new fluids n oils etc. She has 11,700 original miles and is in perfect condition.
