Custom Hot Wheels Tutorial - Sriracha Fire Engine

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Creating a burnt vehicle has been high on my list for a while, and in this tutorial I walk through the easy way I did it using a kit from AK-Interactive. Also, if you like this truck, be sure to vote for this truck if you're seeing this in June by going to this link here and voting for number 15 in the comments: • Super Huge Ginormus Bu...
Thanks so much for helping me out! Hope you enjoy the video. Shoutout to ‪@simplekustomsbyeddiepapand1838‬ for providing this sweet truck!

Nice one! Did I see CALIENTE license plates? That's a hot idea for this particular ride. Always fun to watch you build, Chuck. 🍁☕👊

Hey Chuck that is a great build!!! I really dig that fire truck usage I may have to rob my sons toy box for one lol. But I do agree with you that it has turned into a popularity contest and I was worried about it when it started. But Ill keep building for it to have some fun building. I am hoping to get better at weathering builds also do you always add the pigment fixer at the end after the dust is on the casting?

Thanks so much! Pigment fixer is good for some things, but it can wash out pigments if you want them to be crisper. Sometimes I don't add it, but then you run the risk of it wearing off because the only thing that's holding it on is the pigment itself. If it's something that's never going to be held and is displayed in a covered case, it's probably fine. If it's a gaslands figure you're going to play with, sealing it with clear varnish or pigment fixer is a must.

@DiecastMediaNetwork OK. I have used some before and I usually pigment fix and dust together then put it on to dry. Usually comes out pretty good I put in on after I clear coat it
