Fyi you can get to your wallpapers so much easier. From that main screen just scroll to the right. You have like 4 more pages just like on a tablet. Once you scroll to the right touch anywhere on the screen snd hold for 2 seconds. A pop-up will come uo saying "add app, add widget, change wallpaper" just click on change wallpaper and you are at that same screen. Or from any screen touch the top of the screen snd drag down. Just like a tablet. Next to the date will be setting icon. Click it and it will take you to the screen to select display. I mean basically its a very very outdated android tablet running android 4.2.2. hell you can even click on sound instead of display and scroll through all the android sounds. Not sure it does anything.

You don't have to go through all this to get to the settings. At the main screen you can just swipe down from the top of the screen.

@@PottersWork I can confirm this works as well. Never knew about that swipe gesture until reading their comment. It's a weird notification shade thing that comes down and there's a settings button on it.

At a loss… any ideas . 2017 EX Hatch. Usb is FAT32, file types are jpeg. It will read my videos but not my images ? Any ideas?? Using a MAC

Have you tried a different usb? I had this happen a while back and went to Walmart and bought a cheap ONN 16gb usb and then it worked. Sometimes it depends on the jpeg images too and how they were exported from whatever program was used to make them. I can email you one of my files to try so you can see if it’s the files themselves if you’d like…

Hey great work! By any chance do you sell the wallpaper template so I can make my own wallpapers with the darkened spots for the screen options?

Thank you Steveufo! Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I do not offer the template up for sale. It took me quite a while to put it together (many trips back and forth from the car to the computer making adjustments). If you have your own image and you would just like the block-outs overlayed on it, I would be happy to do that for you. Just message me at my Etsy shop. And thanks for checking out my video :)

Is it just me, or does the wallpaper seem to only change for the screen while you're in park? As soon as I put my car in drive it changes to the default wallpaper (In my case, that's the nature background because I'm using the alternative skin right now)

Tony, that’s odd, I wonder if it’s a setting. Ours doesn’t do that, if I go to the Home Screen it stays there until I choose a menu option.

How did you format the USB drive? NTFS or FAT32?

OK but how do you actually load the files into the system from the flash drive?

Yes, you just need an empty flash drive to put the files on. The flash drive does need to be formatted to FAT32 as well, a lot of them come that way already, but if you have an issue with it saying it can’t find the files, that’s most likely the issue

When I put my car in drive it goes to the original stock blue screen. Then when I put the car in park it goes to my wallpaper I chose. Weird

That’s odd Javier, what year is yours? Ours is a 2020 and it stays on for me until I manually leave that main menu screen.

Hello, you might make sure your thumb drive is formatted to FAT32...if it's not, the car can't find the images. It's simple to re-format if you have a computer (lots of youtube videos on here). Or optionally, you can buy a new usb drive, I know the cheap $5 ONN brand usb's at Walmart work out of the package (at least in my experience). Hope that helps!

This setting doesn't work anymore. Saving a wallpaper through the usb port no longer works. Don't know why and don't have a remedy yet.

Have you checked your thumb drive format? It needs to be FAT32 to work.
