You should consider making a video of just the machine grinding down the wood inlays. It is so satisfying to see the revelation of the wood underneath!
Simply incredible, I could watch your videos all day long.

Another masterpiece from the master. Love your boards.
Your great work inspires me to learn how to make art like you do.
That could possibly be your best yet. Phenomenal.
Great board and video! Chef Tyler will love it!

Ya, just ridiculously good
Very nice! I appreciate the work that went in before you started filming also. Quite the craftsman!
Unbelievably beautiful, as always! I don't think you could do bad at this point.
Excellent as always, I like the groove around the edge as well, Really finishes it off.

Très beau travail. Bravo.

Wonderful
Trabalho muito magnífico, o mais criativo que ja vi.
Hi, I recently bought a CNC and create on art kami 2018 on what you do. It turns out very cool, so I also want to learn
Sensacional, parabéns.
Verry nice Bro✌🏽😎🤙🏽
I'd like to see a demo of how you achieve the cnc files for the inlay. Both the cut out & the inverted insert. I've just ordered a onefinity cnc & this is exactly the type of projects i would like to do. It could be a real niche market for where i am (Qld Aust). Great work

DANG!!!
😍😍😍
That’s beautiful work you are doing there. What CNC machines do you use? At least I recognize a Stepcraft Q-Series for the general shape of the board. Is there a particular reason for using different machines for the carving and the outside contour?
Excellent work! What types of wood are you using?
spectacular work my friend, really beautiful, a curiosity, which cutters do you use to engrave and, how deep is the excavation ?? thank you

The inlay depth is 6 mm, all bits you can find in the video description.
How do you make such a thin end grain blank for the plug? Do you make a thicker one and then resaw it somehow? Do you flatten them in CNC or planer?
Прекрасно! А как играют жёлтые вставки!
🥰
Awesome video. I’m new. I just got cnc & laser cutter (stepcraft & FSL). Great work. Just subscribed. 2 questions if I can’t. Software? I have (unused) v carve pro. Is that program? And I see you move boards. Is there a problem with placement. In other words….if you move board, can it become a problem if it’s not lined up. Thanks in advance.
Masterart
Your inlay is that an individual glue up or a full board sliced ?
would love to know those magic numbers .... start depth and flat depth for both pieces
it looks like you do not use a clearance tool and just use the Amana Tool - 46473 for all the pocket and plug work ?
@Broinwood

i am using a 1/8 flat nose as a clearance tool.
@MyOpion

@@Broinwood i see it now. looks like you use the finish tool 46473 first and the use the clearance tool 1/8 RD1600 flat second. that is why i got confused. i did not know you could run the finish first and the clearance second. i thought you had to run clearance first and finish second. thank you for your reply. You do great work
no clamps needed? just hammering?
Залипательно. Это раздаточная доска? Разве можно на такой красоте что-то резать?
hi, how can I do something like this in fusion360 ,something simple for start ? what tool ? what strategy ? 2d contour ? what tolerances ?
