    That would be me. Cant afford therapy or a chiropractor im trying this out tomorrow and yes i get pain from my neck to my lower back to my leg .

    Can confirm, did this in my PT, 10/10 recommend . I also support the concept of your original post, him making money off this content lol. Far too often “content” is full off misinformation or general trends for engagement. This gentleman is actually providing useful information that is replicated in the industry; for people at home who may not be able to afford it. Also!! These videos are guides. I’m sure OP would agree that if you have serious problems, seek medical attention.

    I wish I knew about this when I was suffering from my sciatic nerve pain. I wouldn't wish that kind of pain on nobody. That is an unexplainable pain that I cannot put into words.

    @@JustAnotherJose it was hard but I started using icy hot with lidocaine,placing a heating pad under my leg where the pain was and taking muscle relaxers to help with the pain. Once the pain subsided some then I slowly started stretching my leg every day and every night before bed. Hope this helps.

    Ive suffered this for 30 year's and the NHS's answer is surgery! 50/50 chance of being able to walk after it so i am going to try these exercises thank you!

    I remember just a few months ago when I had a herniated disc which also caused sciatica it was terrible I remember one time I layed in bed motionless stil in pain and any tiny movement causing more pain I felt like Batman after bane broke his spine. I rested. (Short term fix) and I had enough so I searched and found solutions simple exercises like flute bridge bird dog side planks and some more which cured it. I also have scoliosis but I never felt pain from it but i guess it caused the disc. Ever since then not a inch of back pain plus I could go back to playing football

    Yeah that sort of pain is horrible. I had a few years where I was in and out of that consistently, very draining. Gravity feels like it's turned up to max and the house feels 10x bigger..

    @@Messup7654 Oh yeah. It definitely gives a new perspective on things. I had ordered food to my house and forgot to mention in the comments to leave it on the chair outside, spent 10-15 minutes trying to figure out how to pick it up from the step. Great times.

    I HAD THIS CONDITION, IT WAS EXTREMELY PAINFUL, I HAD TO GO TO THERAPY TO HELP IT GET BETTER. I WAS SCREAMING FELT LIKE I HAD LIQUID LAVA THAT WAS BURNING DOWN MY LEG AND VERY BAD PAIN!!!!! I DON'T EVER WANT TO GET THIS AGAIN. THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING. 😊😊❤🎉

    I'm going to try this later today.. I've had chronic pain for over 25 years now 🙃 I have nerve damage and my left foot is normally numb primarily on to top of the foot & the toes.. I'd LOVE to decrease my pain & reduced & eventually eliminate opiate pain medication that I've been on for over 2.5 decades

    I had somewhat severe sciatic issue, the real thing that fixed me is swimming 45 min 2x a week. I dont intend to stop, ever. If you dont know how to swim i would recommend take a course and swim regularly. I hope this helps anyone in need.

    I'm a long haul trucker and today i just got this awful shooting pain on my left side from my thigh to my back. I had no idea what was going on. My partner said it sounds like a sciatic nerve issue and after looking that up- it was spot on. So now I'm on a quest to find relief now that i have identified at least an idea of my issue.     I don't have sciatica pain anymore, got it fixed by surgery. but since then I always place a pillow on my lumbar while I'm working sitting on my desk and try to correct and change my posture frequently

    so basically there’s inflammation in or around the lower back, and the only way to fix it is to stop doing exercises and stretches that irritate it more rest it ice it and do light recovery movements for a few months until the swelling goes away.

    Standing pelvic thrusts seem to be the best long term solution. When I get sciatic pain I do 100 reps 3 Times a day for 3 days and the pain is gone for months or until I injure myself again

    @Boutros6 sorry I don't have a video but it is exactly as you would expect spread your feet shoulder width apart slightly bend knees and start rotating your lower back causeing your hips to thrust back and forth. The explanation I was given is that it increases blood flow in the lower back relaxing the swollen area, releaving pressure on the nerve.

    It may work for some people... not all sciatic problems are the same. My physical therapy made mine worse. So i created my own to improve mobility.

    I had a herniated disc. Got it trimmed. Quick and easy surgery, no complications or side effects, and a decade later i stilk have no nerve pain from the herniated disc.
