What if your partner denies things they’re doing? How do we approach that? Also, what if there’s something physical we don’t like about ourselves and makes us feel unpretty? How can we accept the things we can’t change about ourselves so that we don’t feel insecure?

Your work has changed my life and saved not only my relationship but my children's future. If you could get these teachings into the education system starting at the elementary level, it would completely change the course of human history. We all must get these lessions to our children and start this work in the beginning....

I feel absolutely sick that at almost 70, I have been choosing to believe so many lies about myself. I know I need to value myself, love myself and reconnect and even those statements make my stomach churn with anxiety. Thank you so very much for your videos, these are the life lessons that other modalities only hint at. I am so thankful you have chosen to share your wisdom with us seekers. It is said when the student is ready the teacher will appear, this student is ready, now to convince my inner child of that! So much to learn! These are the life lessons we missed in our childhood and along the journey!

Have had many aha moments since I began with these teachings. This is the first time I didn't even do a golden thread and had a huge aha moment just by watching a video. I found myself listening as David said someone's 'bar' for being good enough will always go higher and higher and then out of the blue I said to myself 'This person' (won't say who, but an important person to me) said that to me'. As it turns out, that person did tell me when I was very young to always look at people prettier, smarter, etc and try to be exactly like them, that the goal is to model myself after people who are better than me. And I realized that's exactly what I've done ever since. I had COMPLETELY forgotten about that until I watched this video. I'm wondering if anyone else has uncovered specific moments in childhood that were so important yet forgotten until you began with these teachings?

I have two opposing thoughts that are always inside of me. On the one hand, I know that I’m the best I can be. I’m so proud of myself and my accomplishments. On the other hand, I don’t feel acknowledged by others and appreciated therefore it causes insecurity. I believe that if I were truly great, it would be noticed. I then work harder and no one seems to care. I see others who haven’t put in as much work but have people who appreciate and adore them. This leads me to believe that I’m not enough. You say that your value is from the inside out, but if there is no confirmation from the outside I struggle to believe my own worth exists. Please help.

Hi Alex and David, in answer to your remarks about how someone can be insecure about themselves and that it doesn't make any sense, well, it is possible when you are lacking the fundamentals of a healthy childhood with loving parents, possibly through no intentional fault of theirs but nonetheless this unhealthy childhood produces people who are insecure and have very low self esteem, so, that is how. As you always say, we are all born feeling confident, but along the way it is squashed out of us. I would love to have self confidence and you make it sound so easy, but I'm afraid it's not always so easy as that, wish so much it was. Love you both and your brilliant videos. xxxxx

  • @WuWeiWisdom

Hi Angie, Thanks for your comments. I agree with your observations about childhood experiences. My point is that if you have in fact experienced unhealthy, unbalanced teaching and experiences there has to be a time to begin to take both emotional and self-responsibility for your own beliefs, thoughts and actions. Parental beliefs and experiences are NOT unmoveable or unchangeable. You can change them now and change your life right now! Remember, you are the creator of your emotions NOT the victim. You control your mind, your mind does NOT control you. Try following the techniques we demonstrate in our videos and keep us informed where or when you get stuck. David

@@WuWeiWisdom i love what u r saying but i get anxious bc i do not see that i live in thee fantastic universe that u r talking about. I see that i live in a world that is ugly bc some people on purpose withhold knowledge from us. Why do we or our parents not learn these things at school???there s a reason. And the reason is some people want to keep us in ignorance as we r easily manipulated if we rin ignorance. Also i m afraid with what s hapoening with the narrative aboutthe plandemic. People r so fearful about dying and they turn against one another. And it s all a big lie with a little bit of truth spread by media propaganda. I do not want to live in such a world of matrix where it spreads fear, where it enslaves people into working 12 hours a day and havung no time for their children. Where you r not allowed to breathe even, where they r forcing yiu to put substances in yiur body thaf you din t want to put or else you might lose your job, you might eve lose your child if you don t want your child to conform to these criminal rules and regulations at school. How can i want to live in this universe David where the rich r getting richer and keeping the vast majority in low frequencies of hate and fear??? I see it all around me. I m tired of being surrounded by people living in fear anc hate.why would i want to live in this world of matrix????

I created feelings of jealousy and insecurity when my husband had an affair but he said that he doesn't love her and that he does love me so I stopped comparing myself to her. Now that I know that it's just recreational like golf or football I've been able to be happy for him that he's found a "hobby" that makes him happy. We can now even have her over for dinner! Thank you Wu Wei Wisdom! You've saved my marriage!! Now we just have to find age appropriate ways to explain all of this to our children (ages 9,12 and 14 two girls and one boy). They're having a lot of trouble understanding why he has a girlfriend and that that's ok. I've since taken up pottery, macrame and had a greenhouse built and am enjoying them all very much.

Is it not appropriate to ask you partner to change some of their behavior which causes these red light feelings? My partner resists and calls me controlling when I do. I see this as a two way street. Not that THEY can eliminate any or all of MY insecurities, (as I believe your teaching states, I need to work on my own insecurities) but that they might understand how some of their behavior is inappropriate and be willing to make some adjustment This is obviously a nuts and bolts question I Understand how you’re teaching says I have to work with my own inner child Before I can address the red lights Issues and that changing the circumstances or environment won’t Fix the real inner problem, but is There any place for borders Like asking your partner to change their behavior? Or is it completely my own inner issue

I hear your words which mostly make sense, but they are just words, and somehow we have to connect on an emotional level to be able to achieve what you are teaching. Can you give some practical guidance on how to improve ones relationship with self? I would really appreciate that. Thanks so much

Hi Helen, Thanks for your question. Yes, I am saying we must be truthful, honest and have integrity with and for yourself.. Any relationship is the ability to relate, as the name suggests. If you choose to have an unhealthy unwholesome relationship with yourself, those too are just words. Why do you choose to connect those words to your emotions and not others? The basic teaching here is: YOU are the creator of your emotions, NOT the victim of them. David

Hi. Can you make a video on how to handle a friend who likes to always talk about other people? Since the pandemic started, she will most of the time just message me to talk badly about other people. I do not know why it has become her habit. I seriously do not like gossiping. I feel so drained when she always message me toxic things. I’m an HSP and empath. People tend to go to me to talk to me because I think they know I am a good listener and their secrets are safe with me. I do not have the habit of talking about what someone told me to other people but for this friend, I am being too exhausted and wanted to know how to deal with this type of person? She has nice side but I think she is very insecure to the point that now I fear maybe she talks badly about me too because she likes to notice everything even if it none of her business. I don’t want to start a problem with her so I try to be still nice and be more understanding. She makes fun of other people. It’s like social media has become an envy amplifier for her. The funny thing is she denies it. She will defensively say that she is not insecure. She is a successful person, has a bf also but she can’t stop being toxic online. Does an insecure person knows she is really insecure?or is she really blind to her savageness? I have always wondered about that with people who always want to criticize other people but never look at themselves first. I truly do not have much time to even think or criticize someone I know especially by what I see on social media because I have other meaningful things to do and we cannot do anything to other people if they want to brag or whatever they want to do, so better not mind them but this friend always want to post passive aggressive posts on FB, indirect messages. It’s like she wants attention. We are not young anymore. We are in our late 20s. I think we are too old to be childish like highschool wanting to gossip always. 😰 Sorry for the long comment, i hope you can make a video about how to handle, talk to a toxic friend who always want to notice everything and everyone even if it is none of her business she puts her nose in it and tells me. She is always annoyed about other people. Even if someone is pretty for example, she will say that person is not pretty, etc. So obviously insecure. I did told her once to try not to mind people who destroy her peace and be more patient with people because I think she gets triggered by posts of others online, she likes to compare then she will say she’s not insecure and she’s happy. Thank you in advance if you do read this comment and make a video,

The "would you say that to a child" example doesn't work for me because my parents often did stay some of the things you state when I was a child.

Hi Tripti, Thanks for your question. As you will appreciate it would be inappropriate for me to comment on personal issues without full knowledge, history and background. Therefore I can only comment in general terms. Acceptance will be resisted by you Inner Child as she will prefer to stick with the familiar, even though it will never work! She will not want to give up the dream/illusion of how she wants things to be. In her perfect world! 😉 So there is still a little more Inner Child work to do here I think... I can see now that my deep dive into evolutionary psychology for about 2 years made me become hyper judgemental and critical of other people’s and my own appearance based on “genetic quality”. I would love to know your opinion on this. Where does this fit in the Wu Wei model? Is there such a thing as genetic superiority? I suppose it is just one part of being a human and doesn’t make up the whole of who you are or your worth?

What if what you think is 'you shouldn't be looking at someone else because it's disrespectful when you're in a relationship.? Does that still mean you have an IC issue??? Because that's how my thoughts work, they never go to 'she must be better than I'. I get angry because I believe I am being disrespected.....????

I wonder if Dr Lees understands just how much women lie to themselves and the people around them lol. Try being a man and dating in the USA, women ghost (go silent or just dont show up for set up dates) and lie at such a level "all my boyfriends were bad", you need to the Wu Wei wisdom just to get through your day. Never met a woman who actually, in real life, and not her crazy mind, ever tried to be "perfect". Btw everyone says they are doing the "best they can" but this is rarely, if ever, the case.
