I am a big Brian Deegan fan the last couple years. Brian could be a great motivational speaker. Great family. Wow!

I think armpump is mostly mental, you are either pushing your max and breaking barriers in your head or you are riding on a surface you are not used to. Your mind tells you it's dangerous, freezes your arms and body makes it tense and armpump is the result. I think armpump is "good" during training, because it means usually pushing it and making improvements.

I'm an old man that use to race, but never any good other than spectacular crashes, Lake Elsinore was the race I remember most with Steve McQuine pitting next to me. Anyway, lactic acid build up is real and you can slow it down by not consuming any kind of soda or sports drink. Drink more water in its place or do what I do, drink restructured water then your arm pump will almos be non existent, anxious to watch you go pro.
