In a nutshell, I ‘m an avid dumpster diver, scrapper, picker, treasure hunter and underwater connoisseur. Mike is a standup guy. Always keeps it organized. Unlike some of these other slob youtube scrappers.
“Turn u into something awesome…like a stapler” had me busting
It was so predictable you'd take the candle with the bears home. Haha....I follow you a long time Mike.
Man, just in time! Was feeling puny & BAM! MTS shows up! BOOM SHAKA LAKA!
nice space managment next challenge for your dumpster runs use a bucket with a hook on it that u can hook on the side of the dumpster and put the stuff inside instead of dropping it on ground and pick up later ;-) good luck hunting
I use a spring compressor to get the spring off the struts and sell them for short steel and they should take the shock there isn't that much gas in it to cause an explosion. They grind them up when they do whole cars. Keep up the great videos and God bless you and your family.

I'm thinking also that it's the springs their worried about, they'll go a flying
You got two thumbs up from me for your organizational skills and packing. Take care, Mike.
You're "insane" bro. Going back out there after that leg injury. I admire that. I'm from an era where if kids hurt themselves we just "treat 'em and street 'em" and it's back to school the next day.
I did some curb side picking yesterday came away with 3 laptops and 2 tablets and 6 cellphones. It was a successful scavenging. I even found an axe.
That wall shelf is Gorgeous !!! Those glass lamp shades are Really Great for resales. I think you did a Fabulous job arranging Dollie to fill her up😘♥️🌈🙏🇨🇦 BTW just out of curiosity I watched one of the other scrappers, and believe me, you have NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT !! YOU’RE THE BEST !!!!!! 🙏♥️🌈🇨🇦

The Sheeny Man was in polish communities in Michigan long ago. Basically he had a horse pulled cart and he collected odds and ends and scrap. That's what the man was talking about.

In the north east of England they had horse and carts too but they called them rag and bone men but different districts have different names for them.

Hi honey
Thanks Mike! Good hard working people deserve the best it life. Keep the entertainment flowing my brother.
A little street scrapping action:) makes a nice change. And a solid haul there all things considered.
That pressure washer is an excellent find! All it needs is a good carb cleaning. Pay especially close attention to the little ports in the jets (free tip: never pass up guitar strings, as they tend to be the perfect gauges for snaking through the ports on a carb.)
Nice score it might piss off the other scrapers for taking it but like the saying goes you snooze you lose. Thankyou for sharing another great video. Keep on keeping on
Glad to see that Tonya Harding attack hasn't held you back... Keep on saving mother earth from the waste do your thing!
Great scrap run Mike! Really packed Dotty well. Awooooo Y'all! 👊👍✌️
I never realized all the work you do, after you get the scrap! Wow 💪 🌹
That was a great curbsiding run! Yeah, curbside organization seems more important than dumpster. You get so much more when you started out keeping it organized. Pretty cool that piece by piece stuff fit perfectly, one stop after another. It was like you planned to find everything in that order. 😁
You have excellent skills with 3D Tetris filling your truck. Wishing you and your family a great week. Cheers
Another great one Mike... Thanks buddy.
Great day today!! The wire rack is a good find!
Very impressed with your packing skills, I wasn't sure you could do it but now you have set the standard for yourself. hehe. Watching from Australia.

My favorite curb-siding!😎
HI Mike great Curbside Scavenging video. Dottie filled up very fast thank you for making a Curbside video try and make some more bro. . stay safe and get well soon.
Hi Mike....I really enjoy your hustling in the super nice parts of the industrial part of Texas. Back in my early days the "Sheenie Man" was the guy who rode in the back alley and picked up the treasure's with his buggy and it was pulled by his trusty horse or mule. chico Detroit 73 years ago.
Thank you for your service!
A shanty man is the old name for the man who would roam around town and tinker with things, haul off scrap metal, but they also would sharpen knives for the women in town. That's a northern term for what you do.
Mike, its lift with your legs not your back. Be careful you only get one back. Lol

Hi Mike, We have guys like yourself here in England. We leave stuff at the end of the drive and it goes. Sometimes quickly sometimes not so fast. One scrap collector gave us a card with his facebook site on it. Now we give him a shout and have any stuff by our door, off the street. Just a thought. Do love your antics and banter. Great fun.
You are the best at playing Tetrus. Lol 💜
So much fun to watch, thanks for the adventures.
I love the water at the end.. cool 😎
Thank God you’re ok after your fall! I love your videos!
I usually don't care for curbside, but this time you scored! Two suggestions: First, check the heat exchangers in the furnaces. There are a lot of them now with stainless steel exchangers, due to the condensate in very high efficiency furnaces. Second, you might look for a Chinesium replacement carb for that engine, around 10 bucks. For future info, go out to your local small plane airport, and buy some LL100 or LL110 gasoline. It never goes bad from sitting, and has zero ethanol in it, so no corrosion of aluminum parts. But don't use it in your truck! A steady diet of it may be good for the engine, put over time ruins your catalytic converter. I use LL100 on all of the small engines around home. Always ready to go!
Nice curbside scrap run there!! Glad the guy got your number hope he has more car parts for you! My husband replaced our windshield wipers and tossed them in then garbage. I was like there’s metal on them bet a scrapper would take them so I took them back out of the garbage! Hope you can get the generator working!
Sweet curb scavenger love it mike
Looks like you have a "fan club" with all of the ceiling fans, lolololol! Be careful with your leg injury! Awesome video, as usual 😀 👌
Awesome haul especially the Dewalt power washer!
After all these years you are finally getting organised in the back of the truck, just like a big jig saw. Love it, and great vid
Fab curbside scrapping Mike ! Tidy loading. Love them vids, keep them coming dude !
Love watching your videos. You're such a hard working man! Go get it!!!
Now that classic Tetris song is ringing in my head as you perfectly arrange the stuff!
Hi Mike the shock absorbers. Some are pressurized, so what you do is get a plastic bag and a container for the oil. Place the plastic bag over the bottom of the shock and drill a small hole into the shock while its in the bag and drain the oil out into the plastic bag and pour into the waste oil container. They should accept it then. Our local scrap metal place will accept gas bottles and ac gas bottles etc if you drill a hole in them as they worry about them exploding when they crush them. Anyhow most have brass valves, so you take them off anyway. You found some good stuff today.
This is my favorite street scrap so far!
That’s the best your truck has ever been organized
I like what you do for the community by cleaning up the neighborhoods. I hope your leg is doing better. Just be careful jumping in and out the trash cans.

You are the(MASTER SCRAPER) Mike the scavenger I love the videos, I'm always waiting for new vids.
Grandma used to say, "You better be good or we will give you to the Sheeny Man".
Unreal as usual! Great job!
when you were talking about the stove being made into something else it made me think it would be a cool documentary to follow a single piece of scrap thru the whole process. you'd prob up in China but it'd still be cool lol
You may already know this, Mike, but the easiest way to take those metal shelves apart is to turn them over and the shelves should drop. just be sure to save the black, plastic shelf supports. Any of the commercial size parts can probably be sold for good money.
Brother Mike, it's becoming a dog eat dog out there. Every bit of STUFF is a blessing. Brother Paul, aka Scrap and Pallet man must be praying for you and everyone. I've been blessed. Coincidence? I know not. Keep the adventure a come"n yo! OORAH, love the vids man!

Wow, Mike, that blue huge painting was awesome!!! That was the find of the day!!! Could have sold in your yard sale BIG BUKS :(
Nice haul today.👍👍
I see you got yourself a fishing pole & a STRIPPER POLE 🤣😁😆
So nice he said excuse me to the corner of his truck and a post while carrying the garage door opener.
Thanks Mike for the video and the info, that's what I like about watching your videos, when you was so excited about the first pick up, and was so oh yeah, I was like that when I managed to get a 20 foot shed, insulated, for a penny, its took lots of work to dismantle, but now today its done and I'm like, yeah, sorry to babble on, great video keep them coming 👍👍👍👍👍
Never leave fishing gear behind. Garage sale money. That fan from that blower makes a very good fan.
Thanks for keeping so much out of the landfill.
you are the crack of scrapper vids
Great video Mike!!
