The Cuphead Souped Up mod is an incredibly difficult Cuphead mod that gives bosses some new attack patterns, makes them faster, and gives them way more health. There's also a stat rebalance of the weapons in the game to nerf some of the most powerful weapons and buff some of the under utilized weapons to allow more versatility in weapon choice for each boss.
Cagney Carnation pummels you with non-stop adds in this fight, so it's important to take the time to kill off some of the minions (especially the ones that stay on the bottom of the screen). Clearing them out gives you more space to work with to dodge his other attacks. This fight was challenging for sure, but still one of the easier fights of the mod in my opinion.
