Are cumulative frequency diagram scaled 🤔.....? because as per in the second example the median should be 43 minutes (9:35) but thanks for the video it really helped me lot to understand better ☺💗

Hi. Each of the smaller squares represents 2 minutes on this scale rather than 1 minute. If you check and think about where 50 minutes might go I think this will help you.

This would be what you do for frequency polygons, not cumulative frequency diagrams.

Is it ok to draw with straight line though? I used straight line in my exams but i’m scared I will be marked down for that

Only if the questions asks you to. In probability generally they don’t.

According to the scale, each small box is 0.5, so 3 small boxes are 1.5 plus the 5 which equals 6.5
