This was their very first single. It's a great dance song. Sadly, it flopped on the charts. WHY?!!

Because people are idiots! I still don't know WHY they didn't make a video! It was the Early 80s and a video would have pushed the single!!!!!!

Anyone who was around back then: do you know who the people up the back are? Reason for asking: a friend of mine from school was in a Boy George look-alike competition prior to their 1984 tour to Australia and she was one of those selected to go and meet Boy George at the Countdown studio. (Just before he went on Countdown, having spoken with her previously, he told her that he'd kiss her, but couldn't because he'd mess up his make-up :) .) Anyway, afterwards I remember watching a video of it at school with my friends, and the look-alikes (or at least some of them, don't remember for sure whether or not my friend was among them) were dancing up on the stairs behind the band. So, would that have been them, in this video? (From what I can see, it looks as if they are dressed in Boy George gear, for sure!)

One of them is my dad - the Marilyn lookalike in the silver jacket. Others I know are Christine the George lookalike on the left and Darren in white pants. My mum knows who alot of these people are.They were random fans selected from the audience of the Countdown music tv show.
