Thank you dear Sangha for releasing this recording with video and nature sounds to accompany it without distracting from what Thay is saying. This talk by our beloved teacher is almost a summary of some of his entire body of teaching. Even if there is some part of his teaching left out, if I practice what he says, I will learn and practice everything else he teaches, all of the teaching of the Buddha.

It is one of the most beatiful meditation I have heard. Thank you for this and thanks to Thich I still feel him somewhere near to us. ❤❤❤

What an enlightened soul, the beauty and profoundness of his words surpass all and will forever be in our hearts 💕 it’s like a prayer of life
