The Dirty Diddler segment almost made me spit out my drink with laughter, that and the James segment are easily some of the best parts of this podcast.

my rankings for who should win: 1:Rusev (Perfect for him) 2: Roode (would be the best way to introduce his heel character) 3: Samoa Joe (Doesn't need it, but I'm thrilled thinking about potential promo's) 4:Finn Balor (very diverse in how they could book him as Mr MITB) 5:Kevin Owens (Kevin will definitely win MITB before his career is over, don't know about this year though) 6: The Miz (Too good as a midcard champ IMO to put him in main event title picture, Miz doesn't need a title on the line to bring interest to his feuds) 7: New day member *probably Big E* (If they are breaking up the new day, I don't think this is the best way to do it, but it could be used in the overall story) 8: Braun (terrible idea to have Braun win. He doesn't need it, and he's too strong of a character to win his first singles title in a somewhat tainted fashion. Braun needs to win a viscous match for his first title, preferably at a big 4 PPV)

Colton Park With Braun winning the MITB, there is a way for Braun to win the case and stay face. What Braun does is the exact same thing Cena did and RVD did. Announce when he's going to cash in his case (probably will be Summerslam) and win the Universal title against Lesnar.

Crafteefox9 completely legitimate scenario, but is that how you want to use this year's MITB. Braun can win the universal title whenever they feel like booking it because he already has the credibility from how he's been booked. However if you look at Rusev, Roode, or Finn, people will be happy that Braun won, but still complaining, "oh they need to push Rusev" or "Oh Roode needs to turn heel". This is the perfect opportunity to knock out one of these, in a manner that can actually lead to good stories and feuds, and giving it to Braun who can literally do anything and remain over seems like a waste.

My pick for MITB is Samoa Joe he could use it to start the feud with AJ Styles, it would be funny to watch AJ retain absolutely knackered from his inevitable Last Man Standing match with Nakamura. Joe's music hits and he cashes in same night wins the Title and everyone's left gobsmacked.

honestly no. Miz has had too many MITB pushes as it is. We seen it before. And Miz is on Smackdown now where they got plenty of high end talent to challenge for the big title they don't need MITB to add to it on Smackdown.

Smackdown and Raw have opposing issues after the shakeup. Raw got a bunch of mid carders and a part time champion where the belt is barely on Raw. They need the MITB to build someone up and get the championship back on TV. Smackdown on the other hand got a bunch of main eventers Miz included and could easily showcase the title on TV. In the end Smackdown doesn't need MITB to make their talent relavent to the big title. Raw on the flip side does Brock Lesner is decent but he's only a part time star and is barely seen on Raw, they really need to and should take the belt from him and the sooner the better.

Cracking episode chaps. The phasing in of the word 'diddler' into Reigns' theme buttered my biscuits.

Maffew, I recenty attended an episode of Smackdown Live! in Pittsburgh, PA. The "dark match" main event was after 205 Live. They ran through the Smackdown program, then the Mixed Match Challenge, then 205, and finally the dark match.

A little extra detail that makes the 2.0 / Badd Boyz / 3.0 angle in Chikara even better - the Badd Boyz and 2.0 both continued making appearances, until they were booked against each other in a Loser Leaves Town match... the Badd Boyz came out first, then when 2.0 didn't come out they were awarded the win. That's when they did the reveal, and in renaming themselves 3.0 they also sidestepped the 'loser leaves' stipulation - 2.0 left, now they were a new team called 3.0.

I’m fine with literally anybody in the match winning the Money in the Bank. I would love for Rusev to win because he needs it. Roode so he can become that top heel. Owens because he was a great world champ. Braun because he’s the best thing in wrestling. Miz because I’d kill for a Miz world title run again. Balor because he never lost the belt and because I think he’s got the most $ potential of anybody. Big E because he’s just so damn good. I’m fine with literally any of these guys. I would put my money on Miz but I wouldn’t be surprised if any of these guys won it.

Question- how many tickets could all in have sold? Bigger than a takeover? A rumble? Mania?

ollie castell I think they could compete with a takeover but cody n the bucks wouldn't know where to start with a show the size and scale of mania, even established companies like TNA or ROH would struggle with the logistics of it! On a numbers basis alone I think a takeover is probably the ceiling too as the big 4/5 wwe shows like the rumble have global tv promotion which cody n the bucks couldn't afford at this stage

Those that live in the city of Chicago tend to eat tavern style thin crust pizza. The deep-dish is more of a gimmick.

They're probably gonna put a briefcase on each show, so the mens on one and the womens on one, like maybe the mens briefcase on Raw and womens briefcase on Smackdown. So on each brand who should win. Smackdown, Rusev should win. Raw, Strowman should win. Women's smackdown, Becky Lynch. Raw women's, Ember Moon. But to narrow it down, Strowman and Becky should win.

It really should be Rusev, so he could cash in on Rusev Day, and Aiden could sing a particularly lovely song. Failing Rusev, it should be Samoa Joe or Kevin Owens, because they're that much better on the mic than most anyone else - other than possibly the Miz, who both doesn't need it, and has already won it, so shouldn't win it again. I'm afraid they're going to have Braun win, because he actually seems to have the company behind him. That's not the avenue to get him the belt, though; he's already over as hell, and should get the title by absolutely breaking someone... after Brock finally does the favours for someone. Sadly, Braun can't beat Brock, 'cause he fell to one F5 after about a... what... eight minute match at No Mercy? Sad as hell, that match. On a related note... with Brock even appear at Money in the Bank? They need to get that title off of him... fast. It's allegedly the "big belt", but... it's not. The matches for it have been... alright to not memorable at all... and the Championship needs to be on the damn show. The part-time badass who shows up sometimes to crush people works well... but Undertaker didn't have a championship when he started doing that, because Taker has respect for the industry. Sorry, tangent rant. Oh, and if this is to finally put Nakamura/Styles to bed - hopefully with Nakamura winning... Go big-time, and make it Hell in a Cell. The things those two could do with that stipulation could salvage the mess they're making of that rivalry.

Asuka should win MitB, and then interrupt the Ronda/Nia match. Have her win the title by pinning Nia. "I won the Royal Rumble, and you stole my moment. So now I have taken yours!"

I want to see Men's MITB go to Raw cause they need someone to put Brock Lesner's title reign on a timer. Raw got hosed on the shakeup and they could use MITB to push their younger talent that has a shot at escaping midcard hell. The biggest problem Raw's main title has is right now it's on Lesner who's only seen in matches defending at PPVs and maybe an occasional scrap on Raw. Smackdown on the other hand, AJ Styles is in matches Constantly and actually looks like a legitament champion. Lesner is a joke the way they book him. They even used the Elimination Chamber to name a #1 contender for Lesner where as at the same PPV Bliss had to defend her title in the chamber. Sorry but Lesner gets away with too much the way they book him and it needs to end. I see MITB as a good chance to put the belt down the line on someone that will look more like a champion than Brock Lesner.
