Fun tip. Put like 3 drops of water on your beans before grinding. It'll help with the static.

I have had this grinder for 7 - 8 years using it every day. After running at least 250 pounds of coffee through it its still going strong.

Update. The Tibek quit working. Bought a Bodum Bistro, very happy with it.

For me , when I make espresso, I turn the head pointer to the third dot from the last dot all way left ( under fine ) ..I use almost 15g of beans premeasured for my 2 cup filter cup. My espresso machine is the yabano cm6851 . It’s amateur hour espresso, but I’m on fixed income so it works . The lavazzo beans are very forgiving when I make mistakes

@ard2595 What exactly is ocd? Is ocd the exact same for everyone? Does one simply have or not have ocd, or can one have a percentage of ocd? Can your ocd come and go by hour, by day, by month or by year? Not knowing is killing my ocd. LoL

If your budget is only for this product...then you get what you paid...its better than nothing....look ways to make it better. Thats reality😆

Mine (same model) is 20 years old

Just bought one - disappointed. The grind is inconsistent. Too many big flakes among the ground coffee. My $15 Krupps blade grinder does a better job of consistently providing ground coffee.

I just bought the Krups blade grinder from Walmart for $15 and it’s absolute garbage. I’m not sure what your doing differently from the grind is super inconsistent. I tried it for cold brew so I left it relatively coarse and I’d had great pieces along with untouched whole beans.

Lose the background music please. Don’t need music when you’re trying to do a review. Trying to listen to you over the loud music was annoying. Good way to lose thumbs up.

DO NOT BUY THIS GRINDER! It is incredibly messy, coffee grinds will get all over the place. Also very, very loud. Another downside is old grounds will get stuck in the inner works which will cause some of them getting mixed in with your fresh grinds giving your coffee a off bitter taste. Owned this grinder for about 6 months and tossed it. Bought the Baratza Encore grinder and it's been like two different worlds. Absolutely delighted with the Encore. Biggest reason I hated the Cuisinart was the mess it created, grounds everywhere!
