One of the best series on Copa 90. And whoever decided to add the 90 degree video effect on Daniel's arm when the guy was talking about how to move your arms - genius.

That's a good point. Think it comes down to the fact that they have rehearsed the specific response, that they want to react to quicker, repeatedly. In other words they have continually practiced coming out of the blocks, which I haven't, and over time they have got more familiar and confident with what they are doing, which has improved there RT. Hope that helps!

Best episode of CTRL so far. Speed is easily becoming the most important aspect of football and I know many players who are highly skilled but never made it because of their lack of speed.

these guys are super smart. really liked how they could relate everything to actual physics and theory instead of just rambling on about how it makes you "better" or "strong" etc. great episode
